Description
The Mallah (or Japa Mala or Mala) is a Mala Beads Rosary made of 108 beads.
Buddhist practitioners chant a mantra for each of the beads, and they meditate: a complete circuit means that the mantra has been said 108 times.
Doing this, the Buddhists believe, awakens the invisible thread that links anyone to the divine and higher self.
