Our motto: Mindfulness for Kids, Wellfulness for the Adults! The earlier you introduce children to mindfulness the better it is for them, but also for you. Children worry about lots of things that you are not necessarily aware of. They notice and are troubled about all the things that you think are very good at hiding from them. They even worry about the fact that you are worried, so act on the love you feel for them and introduce them to the practice of mindfulness as soon as you can.
